Furniture

The university receives furniture from campus, the MTC, and Student Housing that can be sold or repurposed for further use on campus.

Used Furniture

Select furniture is made available to go back out onto campus. That furniture is called Used Furniture. This is a resource for faculty, staff, and employees of BYU and is intended for On-Campus use only.

Surplus Furniture

Some furniture is made available to the general public, that furniture is called Surplus Furniture. Items in this category fall into three groups, General Surplus, Items in Large Quantities, and Specialty Items.

Current Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM            Closed Saturdays - No pick-ups
Please Note - Please be prepared to make arrangements for the pick-up and loading of purchased items. While personnel is not available for assistance in loading, dollies and carts may be available for the loading of items during office hours. Please keep in mind that the building doors automatically lock at 6:00 pm and cannot be opened afterward. Items purchased at Surplus Sales may be picked up the Friday, Monday, or Tuesday following the sale (3 business days). Please consider this when planning your pickup. Thank you!​
